Description
Original, unused XC4010E FPGAs in the 84-pin PLCC package, from a single sealed manufacturer lot. The XC4000E family was discontinued by the manufacturer, so these suit repairs and small production runs of existing designs where a board redesign is not justified.
Parts are held in dry storage in their moisture-barrier bags. If you open a bag, follow the storage and handling note before soldering. Each order ships with a Certificate of Conformance referencing the lot and date code.
Check suitability before you buy. These parts have tin-lead terminations and are not RoHS compliant. Obsolete stock is sold for maintenance of existing equipment. Placeholder wording: final text comes from Glideology.
